We started as vendors, so we understand the challenges firsthand. Traditional processes are slow, manual, and outdated—leading to costly delays and frustrated teams. In 2022, we launched Pocket Aces Services in Colorado, providing cleaning and maintenance solutions for multifamily properties. As we grew and worked with more property management companies, we experienced firsthand how broken the make-ready process was. From scheduling bottlenecks to invoicing headaches, we saw how inefficiencies hurt both vendors and property managers—leading to delays, lost revenue, and frustrated teams.
